CORNING COMMUNITY COLLEGE PHYSICAL PLANT

This is a conventional masonry and structurally framed building capped with an EPDM roofing system. Its 18,000 S.F. of floor space houses the college's physical plant operations offices. It also provides a maintenance facility for its vehicles and equipment, and storage for the various types of material required to maintain the entire campus and buildings.
